Refund & Return Policy

At FabricRaja, we take pride in the quality of our bedding products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Note: Color variation due to lighting/screen differences is not considered a defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or washed products

• Products without original packaging

• Customised or special offer items

3. Return Process

1. Email us at support@fabricraja.com or WhatsApp at +91-9001040226 with:

   • Order ID

   • Photos of the product and packaging

   • Reason for return

2. Our team will review and approve eligible return requests within 48 hours.

3. We will arrange for a reverse pickup wherever possible. If pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

4. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• In case of prepaid orders, full amount will be refunded.

• In case of COD orders, you will be asked to share your bank account details for the refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
